Returns

We do not accept returns, but please reach out if there are any issues with your order! You can contact us via the website or email goldenalchemycrafts@gmail.com. Please provide your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos so we can get started fixing any problems right away!

Please be aware that acrylic jewelry is plastic and can be scratched, chipped, or damaged with inappropriate usage. Please handle your items with care to keep them in great shape for longer. Please also note that some items may have a film over the acrylic that is extra delicate, but we will note which products this applies to in the item’s description.

Shipping Issues:

Please note that the majority of our items are made-to-order Pre-Orders and our current processing time is 2-3 weeks for most items. Some larger items may have longer processing times, which will be noted in the description. If you need your items faster, please contact us to discuss rush delivery.

While we strive to make sure you receive and love your items from our store, we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages or post office delays. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses, so please double check your information before it is submitted. If your item is lost in transit, you will need to contact your local post office to file a claim.
